At Acquamarina each wedding is planned and designed with a tailored and logistic planning, a creative direction and a precise timing, thus allowing the couples to reach the wedding relaxed and stress-free and to enjoy their special day in Italy.
I will guide you through each and every step of the planning process, from choosing your perfect location, helping you with all the paperworks necessary to celebrate the ceremony of a foreign couple in Italy, tasting bespoke menus, designing your tailored floral arrangements and decoration, selecting your photographer and music entertainment, booking accomodation, assisting you with your budget management... until organizing weekly personalized Italian activity holidays for you and your guests.
During "that Day" I'll be at your side, to coordinate everything behind the scenes, allowing you to enjoy every single moment, in order to make sure that your wedding day will satisfy all your dreams.

WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR

This service is dedicated to the couples that have already planned every aspect of their wedding but want to make sure that everything will run smoothly on their wedding day.
After a first meeting where we'll evaluate the involved vendors and your plans, one month before your wedding date I will define with you the best final planning and timing schedule, the details of your day and I will contact all the suppliers, in order to let you relax and enjoy the last month before your wedding.
During your Wedding Day I will be at your side, behind the scenes, to coordinate and supervise all the vendors, with a constant focus on the timing and with my problem solving skills.
